As the COO-Buzfi (Multivendor E-Commerce Platform):

• Develop and oversee operational strategies for scaling the e-commerce platform.

• Manage vendor acquisition, onboarding, and performance optimization.

• Collaborate with the tech team to ensure platform reliability and scalability.

• Monitor KPIs for vendor satisfaction, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

• Lead cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service.

As the COO-Nibary (CRM Software for Property Host Management):

• Drive product development for CRM tailored to property managers and short-term rental businesses.

• Oversee daily operations, customer support, and platform onboarding.

• Gather client feedback to guide feature development and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Develop pricing models and monitor recurring revenue growth. • Build partnerships with property platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo.
